Ik had 2 parfums als pre-order besteld. Echter helaas door toedoen van de pakketdienst richting het magazijn van FG, was het pakket kwijt geraakt, waardoor ze een van de twee parfums helaas niet konden uitleveren. Hier kwam ik wel pas later achter, doordat ik zag dat een deel van het bedrag teruggestort was op mijn rekening. Hierna volgde overigens wel netjes een bericht via de mail wat de reden was. Wellicht dat dit de volgende keer misschien eerder gecommuniceerd kan worden. Verder geen aanmerkingen overigens, want de andere parfum heb ik gisteren netjes ontvangen.

My only criticism is that samples and full-size fragrances cannot be combined in one order, which is inconvenient when shipping to Croatia costs €15 regardless of order value. Also, for a €250 order, I would have expected at least a few complimentary samples. Other than that, a very good experience.
